1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Linkfy account or using any Linkfy service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Linkfy is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create a public profile page at linkfy.lol/username containing links, social media icons, and analytics. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and confidential.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person or entity may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Linkfy to distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content.
• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to Linkfy's systems.
• Use the service to send unsolicited spam or promotional messages.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically collect data from Linkfy.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

5. Username Policy

Usernames are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. You may change your username from your dashboard if the new name is available. Linkfy reserves the right to reclaim usernames that are reserved for app routes, infringe on trademarks, or violate these terms.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you publish on your Linkfy profile. By publishing content, you grant Linkfy a license to display it on your public profile page. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you publish.

7. Subscriptions

Linkfy offers Free, Pro, and Business subscription plans. Plan assignments are managed by the account owner or by Linkfy administrators. Paid features may be added in the future; until then, all accounts operate on the Free plan unless manually upgraded by an admin.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Linkfy may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your profile and associated data will be removed, and your username will become available for others to claim.

9. Limitation of Liability

Linkfy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. The service is provided without warranties, and Linkfy does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Linkfy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
